Description

Welcome to Nephrology/Urology 2, (2.5 CME),

In this course, we will go into more detail about how to appropriately read a Urinalysis, Urine Microscopy, and how to be comfortable making a differential diagnosis from its abnormalities.  We will divide the UA into all its subcomponents, discuss each and how it can reflect different disorders. We will then go into more detail about the difference between Nephrotic and Nephritic syndromes, how to differentiate between both and the diseases that come under each.  This will all be done through discussing real life cases that you will face in the hospital, how the patients present, how you are able to diagnose them, and how to treat according to the latest guidelines.
