Dr. Benington is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist.  She attended undergraduate school at DePaul University in Chicago to receive her Psychology degree.  She then went on to Medical school at Midwestern University to receive her Doctor of Osteopathic medicine.  From there, she then started her Psychiatry residency and graduated from Washington University.  She has been practicing psychiatry and has 18 years of experience.
